Flood
Determinations
CBA Information Solutions provides
on-line flood determinations via software or web
interface. Approximately 70% of properties run
through our flood system come back with a message
indicating whether a property is in a flood zone
or not. Those that do not come back with an automatic
message are sent to a map analyst for a more careful
analysis. A message on your screen will advise
you of the need for more analysis, and those determinations
are usually returned within 4-6 hours. CBA Information
Solutions offers both basic and term-of-loan determinations.
